We have some of the BEST rates on the mountain!

All of the rates include 50 amp electric, water and sewer hookups and are based on two people per space. Additional guests will be charged $3.00 per person per night.

Electric is based on actual usage, based on monthly meter readings. You are charged on your actual KW (kilowatt-hour) usage. Our electric provider is APS.

​Electric is not billed until the end of the month, generally between the 27 and 30th of the month, we ask that you leave us a forwarding address. Your last month’s electric usage will be taken out of your deposit and if any money is owed to you, it will be sent to the address you provide.

Please note, we are happy to pro-rate upon move-in for a partial month’s stay.. We do not pro-rate for partial rent if you decide to leave before the end of a month.

Wi-Fi and Internet are available for hook-up through Cable One or Frontier
