Rules & Regulations

The speed limit within the park is 5MPH at all times.

Children are welcome. Children under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Well behaved pets are welcome. Owners must pick up after their pets.

Quarters are available at the office from 9:00am – 2:00pm Monday thru Saturday.

Please use our laundry facility as directed in the Laundry Room. Laundry room is only for resident use. No people from outside the park are allowed to use the faciilty. Laundry hours are from 6:00am – 9:00pm daily.

Rent is collected between the 1st and the 5th of every month. Anything paid after this time must be cleared with management and will be subject to a $25.00 late fee. No refunds for early departure.

Two (2) vehicles are allowed per site. Extra vehicles must be parked outside the prk and management must be notified. Extra vehicles may NOT be parked in empty sites. Fines will be given if this is repeatedly done. Any loud vehicles must be approved by management before being let onto the property.

All sewer hookups must be sealed tightly. Heated hoses must be used in cold weather. Do not flush sanitary products, rags, or large objects down drains. If residents do this and it clogs up our sewer pipes, resident will be charged the fee from the plumber.

No overuse of water is permitted. Residents seen abusing this rule will be subject to a fine.

All RV lots must be picked up and maintained by the tenant. If the park needs to clean up after tenants there is a fee of $100.00 per hour, charged to the tenant.

Trash pickup is every Friday. Only residents are allowed to use the dumpster.

Quiet time is between 7:00pm and 7:00am, everyday.

Any disorderly or immoral conduct will NOT be tolerated in the park. Foul language, threats, disrespect of other residents and sites will not be tolerated and you will be asked to vacate the park without notice.
